People who come to my website look for poultry-based, healthy recipes that not only provide their friends and family with wonderful flavors, but give them a reason to cook for those they love and bring their family together. My favorite part of cooking has always been the connection I feel with cooking and family, and I hope that through this website everyone is able to experience that level of connectivity and intimacy with food.
I began cooking with my Mom and Grandma when I was little and instantly fell in love with it. Now that I have a family of my own, I understand the imporatance of providing them with a nice homecooked meal at the end of the day.
